URL filtering is pretty good. Also the ease of use and the suite of administrative features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel URL categorization and the control shared with administrators.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular but the product is little more expensive as compared what it is offering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool for malware detection, URL filering and categorization. Try it once.
