What differentiates Ecwid from other similar products?

Their ease of use and intuitive integration with other programs and platforms. Also they are very responsive to any questions or customer service issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of set up. I was literally able to rebuild and launch our entire e-commerce store in less than a week! Versus the previous program took months and still didn’t work! Ecwid is so user friendly and straightforward. I really love everything about them. They are a gem!!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just that not as many platforms work with them yet, such affirm or payfour. I suspect it’s because they are a smaller program and that over time more programs will work with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don’t hesitate! They are great and are always improving.
