What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

It is based on best Microsoft user experiences. Business Central has a wide of consultants both internal and external available to help you with implementation. It is possible to finish implementation in 2 months for mid sized business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

General ledger and data migration tools. Most regional accounting specifics counted. Good to have build in automatic invoice recognition capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to add some customisation for efficient consolidated reporting to be delivered from intercompany accounts, Good to have build in applicant tracking system and international payrol modules (foreighn location neobanks integrations).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Microsoft as core platform for your core infrastructure and communication tool - using Dynamics 365 for your accounting needs is reasonable and logical for use. Use without any reservations!

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

The key differentiator is the use of AI insights and automation. The platform is designed on an artificial intelligence core that enables predictive analytics, automates mundane tasks, and makes intelligent recommendations. These features improve decision-making and productivity, hence making Dynamics 365 Business Central a smart choice for any business wanting to remain competitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite feature is analytics and reporting. It integrates with Power BI to provide a full range of data visualization options within Dynamics 365, from out-of-the-box dashboards to customized reports. These tools will enable the business to take action on insights, track performance, and identify trends with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The concerns point to the pricing structure. Disparate levels of licensing, in addition to add-ons, make it difficult to determine a sensible total cost of ownership for a business. Smaller organizations may also find the cost to be well out of their price range once all the extras for advanced features are added into the mix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This also includes investing in proper training and working with an experienced implementation partner. This will help you overcome the learning curve and get the most out of the platform. The smoother the deployment, the better the long-term outcomes will be if your team has all the necessary support and expertise.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

Ease of integration within microsoft eco system. Desktop based ERP not cloud based yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use Well defined departments Definitely a go to solution for revenue and procurement cycle. Easy user administration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could be slow when network server is on default. License prices keep increasing every year without any improvement in the tool. Lot of limitations if you are not familiar with user administration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for mid market segment companies not for larger firm.
