-UI and it's similarities to other Microsoft products users are used to -Microsoft's approach to build a solid product and to rely on ISV's to provide solutions for specific verticals/industries

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-The ability to easily customize the product to match business requirements

-Some modules have been neglected such as HR/CRM modules
