What differentiates Duo Security from other similar products?

Duo is very user friendly and has excellent documentation available online. The service is reliable and fast. Administration is very straight forward and the interface is well laid out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Duo delivers all 2FA prompts/codes/calls almost instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with new services can be a little tricky with needed to edit config files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We did the initial deployment with a vendor that was very knowledgeable and I would recommend going that route. Implementation can be tricky with the different keys and modifying of config files to get it working with different applications.
