The most marked differences of this tool is the possibility of being accessible to almost any type of company from small to large. What I like about this system is its mobility, mobile access is allowed and its document classification system makes it easy to choose the required information in a shorter period of time, it also allows you to control access, including remote access, it is a good tools in general

I have not considered this tool as one that requires improvements, in general the tool has worked well for me and is an excellent option to work with

If you need to send huge files between coworkers, Dropbox Business is your best choice. We put it to use since our staff members who are out in the field can send images directly to the office using it. We have also had clients and suppliers utilize Dropbox to send us files.
