What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to collaborate with fellow work colleagues and share essential files and documents. It is very secure so no need to worry about data safety and it gives one full control and visibility over the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing. A simultaneous editing functionality would be useful.

It can be disconcerting when various versions of documentation are lying around as a consequence of synchronization issues that have occurred in directories on occasion. The format choices and functionality of Dropbox are also constrained. As a result, it is only an annotating tool and does not even come close to matching the documenting and page formatting capabilities of Google Docs or Microsoft Word.

It is a great file storage tool that has helped us in the Accounts departments to store all our data in one place. We can easily access the data at any time using any device since it was deployed in the cloud. It is also easy to use and we can put restrictions on private files. Also, it allows us to share files of any type and the speed is super fast. Retrieving data when is lost is not an issue when it comes to DropBox. It backs up our data on a daily basis keeping all our data up to date. We love the scalability it offers and the stability of the platform keeps all our data in check.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to use the desktop application and also more speed is required when uploading or downloading files.

It is a great file storage tool that simplifies works for us. It is reliable and secure. The centralization of data in one place makes it easy for everyone to access data when required.
