You can also control how files are shared. offers flexible storage options, so you always have enough space to store your files. With centralized management, Data Loss Prevention and Vault for Drive, you can easily manage user accounts and file sharing options to meet your data requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drive can predict and review in real time what you consider important. Drive recognizes important content, collaborators, and events thanks to features like quick access and ML-based search enhancements that connect users to those files that require their attention. The enterprise version of Drive gives you more storage space, an enhanced help desk and shared drives for your team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Prevents access to your files until you decide to share them. Prevents multiple versions of the same file from having to be combined, giving other users permission to download, edit, comment or view. You can also give shared files an expiration date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use shared drives to store your team's work in secure, easy-to-manage shared spaces. Files added to shared drives belong to the whole team, so team members always have up-to-date information. With Drive for computers you access files directly from your computer, without the risk of overloading your hard drive space. You spend less time waiting for files to synchronize and can focus on more productive tasks.

This is a great way to store data at an affordable price. It also has a fully functional back up system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has made requests of files from outsiders super simple. Alllows the organization of files accordingly. Sharing of files have been of real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search feature is weak.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an ideal tool for organization of files. With it you can easily share, collaborate in document creation and allows for back up and storage of files.
