What differentiates Dotdigital from other similar products?
The system has further options which permit it to stand out for its’ competitors like SMS handling and live chat system. For businesses that have a small team managing promoting automation then this may be a decent purchase. The interface appearance is good and I could leave somebody who has little to no expertise to use the system and that they wouldn’t struggle. Provides me the admin the flexibility to prevent sure users from having certain permissions thus will stop any mistakes happening for the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We were at first drawn to dotdigital because of the easy and powerful automation builder. It’s super simple to form and alter journeys as and once required. It’s also terribly easy to transfer information from alternative platforms into dotdigital via the API – reducing the number of manual processing you wish to do. The model and email builder are straightforward to use moreover – that has allowed us to share the responsibilities of building and causation emails with the team, instead of having only 1 specialist user.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is quite a basic system that doesn’t give abundant customization. The sales team doesn’t appear to speak to the client success team etc, therefore one issue which has been mentioned with another team won’t be fed properly through the proper channels. It’s simple to beat once you recognize the platform; however, I’d realize it was difficult initially learning the way to edit campaigns that were a part of an automatic journey. Once you add a campaign into a journey, it creates a brand new version among “Triggered campaign content,” which is ok once you know it however might be created slightly clearer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like the power to make forms and pages, on prime of email promoting campaigns. This can be such an easy, easy system that has superb options for basic email marketing.

What differentiates Dotdigital from other similar products?
I work in the Marketing department and the truth is this is the software that we have needed for some time, it is effective and practical. It seems to me that it is worth implementing it and trying all the features it has to offer us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can create and implement personalized campaigns with great potential to the market, we have the advantage of creating advertising tailored to how we really wanted it. It has an incredible simplicity, we can create everything from scratch and without problems of any kind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On the contrary, everything is very effective, all I can say about this tool with positive characteristics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a platform with great benefits for the Marketing department and in turn the sales department, since they are working together. It is fast and with a flawless system to work with.
