What differentiates Domo from other similar products?

Domo is an easy-to-use and customizable tool that has helped us in the process of adopting the software and has allowed us to take advantage of it quickly. Our clients can view data from anywhere with an Internet connection, including their mobile devices. Users will find charts and graphs presented intuitively. The drag-and-drop component makes it easy to create visual elements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first feature of Domo that I appreciate is that it allows us to look at analytics in a previously impossible way and gives us a clearer understanding of our business. We can combine Domo with our customer relationship management, website analytics, billing, and order processing databases to access virtually everything through easy-to-use dashboards. On the other hand, I also love Domo for its superb reporting capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Speaking of something I dislike about Domo is its price, which is high, especially if you want separate user accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We needed more analysis of all of our company's data to understand its status better, and Domo has been able to help us considerably with that. Domo has been a very successful bet on the part of our company. It is an important ally that has allowed us to understand our business better and improve our decision-making, primarily commercial when it comes to using business information to help our company grow.

Domo is better than Tableau

What differentiates Domo from other similar products?

Domo takes a bit more learning than Tableau, and you will want an admin who feels very comfortable in SQL. If you are willing to put in just a LITTLE more time than it takes to implement tableau, you will have a solution that is much better, scalable, and easier for end users to manipulate data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that you can build almost anything you want. Tableau is so much more difficult to build in

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a little bit more learning up front. You likely want to have a data engineer help you initially set up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it, dedicate a week or two of an analyst and then let the fun begin

Domo has outstanding self-service capabilities. Every user can easily create their own dashboard by merely using the “Drag and Drop” function

Domo can be used by people from different departments, regardless of their skill level, allowing them to get the right insights to make data-driven decisions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additional resources to help learn how to distribute reports in MS Office and pixel perfect formats to spread knowledge and insight to larger communities of people

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The responsive design adapts visualizations, data, and functionality that allows users to share and solve an issue anywhere and anytime instantly, it arises
