What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dokmee streamlines collaboration , keeps data secure, offers comprehensive reports, easy to use, affordable and supports a wide range of files like TIFF, PDF, Email, and Word. The search functionality is powerful that with tons of information stored in Dokmee it is easy to retrieve a specific file with just a few clicks. Storage is centralized in Dokmee which means that it has simplified access of data by any member of your organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support takes time to respond to questions other than this it is a great tool to manage and organize files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee has all the features that will suit your organization's needs for a document management system. It is easy for all end-users to manage their day to day tasks.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is a very important software in document management and format conversion, it allows to share all types of files and centralize information, it allows to improve internal collaboration and to adapt all the information to be accessible to other sectors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is its simple interface that allows you to handle it quickly and easily, allows you to manage texts, identify errors and perform very precise searches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it takes a long time to convert very large documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a simple and fast deployment software, adapts to all business and commercial profiles, improves the information flow between colleagues.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

It is cost effective, easy to use, efficient, user-friendly and easy to implement. In addition ,Dokmee's included API just as a few implicit integration tool, makes it to seamlessly incorporate into any business cycle , for example, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Allscripts, NextGen, Oracle, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Dokmee solution to streamline and optimize file sharing capabilities and imaging processes as we strive to become digital. It is easy to use and keeps file organized. It keeps files at the file cabinet safe from unauthorized access. It can be accessed from anywhere at anytime since it is cloud based solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accessing files on the go using Dokmee is amazing. I have not found any drawbacks with the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dokmee is effective for different types of business striving to go digital and has a high customers satisfaction level. I recommend it for all types of organizations.
