What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign really helps to avoid so much paperwork and more when we are in a state of quarantine, since it allowed me to be able to perform authorizations without leaving my home. I was also able to do the same with clients and the best thing is that I did not need to guide them much so that they understood how it works. I have found that the signatures are more precise and detailed than other digital signature software, this allows me to have more confidence when it comes to expediting business agreements more easily and without hassle. I can manage from tax documents, such as contracts, authorizations, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can send documents to clients within this platform as well as by email. It has reminders in case it has not been signed yet, this is very useful when you are very busy with other tasks. Everything is done remotely and anyone can understand DocuSign, I had no problem from the first day I started using digital signatures as a signing option. Everything is done digitally, there is no need to download, sign and re-scan to send since this platform does everything within the same document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have problems when there are problems in a document, I do not have the necessary functions to be able to edit them in case of any failure or problem, the editor is really very limited and in several cases I have had to start over to apply the corrections that I have had to apply. Navigating within the pages can be a bit slow and complicated, I hope they improve that aspect to speed up the work process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I consider this platform one of the best for managing digital signatures of documents in a fast, secure and easy-to-use way. It is useful to work remotely and without the need for so much paperwork since all the documentation can be done digitally. It can help complete your work without having to leave your home or in case you are unable to sign in person.

DocuSign is efficient and allows us to send, share and track agreements and contracts easily from our premises with no extra cost and this allows efficient implementation of our workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign helps us save time by reducing manual methods of documents signing and approval helping us transact our business more faster. Its secure and boosts our clients and stakeholders satisfaction enabling us to serve more customers efficiently. Its efficient and customer support is available and willing to help all users who may have issues in suing the platform well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our stakeholders had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform in a reliable manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

DocuSign fits well in all organizations and this ensures that you hasten your business by approving contracts and agreements in an efficient manner growing your workflow.
