What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

More features, less expensive, and integrates into the software we already use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is user-friendly for my clients and quick for me to put together a document. I can make changes to my figure tips. We sign a lot of contracts, and the signers are usually busy folks who don't have time to print, scan, and email. With DocuSign, at few clicks we have it signed and delivered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customers being unfamiliar with the product and having questions before they signed the emailed document regarding the security and verification.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to get paperwork signed by clients, especially with so many people working from home during the Covid lockdowns. Business kept ongoing. So to get the document signed and verified at the figure tips I would strongly recommend using DocuSign as it's one of the best and easy to use.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

It is easy and fast to send, sign and access documents from almost anywhere with Docusign. It is a great tool for creating a healthy workplace environment by helping to organize and manage documents online. It also has great client services that are very responsive and available on a 24/7 daily basis. The system is easy to navigate and use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whenever we have an urgency for multiple people to sign files in distant places, Docusign has bridged that gap. In this time of the pandemic, Docusign has provided us with fast ways of signing files online. It is more difficult to forge signatures when using Docusign. Another feature that I find quite convenient is a search tool that enables me to locate files easily by searching with names of people or documents. The ability to invite multiple signers by adding them straight from my contact list or entering their email accounts is incredible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen anything i dislike about the tool. It has eliminated paper and saved us costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

DocuSign has made it easy for us to close deals with much less paperwork. My clients can sign contracts from anywhere as long as they can access their email or smartphone. I recommend it for companies with sales and marketing departments.
