What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I also appreciate the robust security and control features that ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and corporate policies. DocuSign CLM also offers a range of collaboration and notification tools so users can collaborate faster and more efficiently. All in all, DocuSign CLM provides an end-to-end solution that ensures contract management is efficient, secure, and compliant. It’s an ideal product for any organization looking to effectively manage its contracts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once signed, the files are no longer accessible after a certain amount of time. For my records, I'd like to be able to download the files. Maybe I'm simply not quite understanding it yet. I would advise enabling printing of the audit trail's history within the contract workflow.

My favorite aspect of DocuSign CLM is its ability to provide a comprehensive contract management solution that streamlines the entire contracting process. It simplifies document generation and signature collection, allowing users to quickly create and distribute contracts. Additionally, the intuitive interface makes it easy to manage all contracts while simultaneously tracking their lifecycle. This helps reduce costs and minimize risk.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would want to see a method for versioning PDF files. It would be wonderful to have all file types available as a preview rather than having to download them all as some file types can't even be seen in Preview mode. On the administrative side, there was a steep learning curve for me. After receiving further instruction to fill in the gaps, I felt considerably more at ease.
