What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

The UI is user friendly and extremely easy to navigate. The built in training modules are literal life savers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The searchability function is astounding. Between metadata and OCR, there's nothing our employees cannot find within minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to choose the document file type when scanning into DocStar ECM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are additional Epicor programs and modules that can be integrated with DocStar ECM. Be sure to have all needs and requirements known before implementation.

Responsive support. Workflow improvements and invoice approvals are very smooth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Saves time, paper, and accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Updates do not always propagate to clients running on servers, sometimes require manual interaction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a basic technical understanding of the processes. Issues are typically resolved quickly and easily if you have an admin on-hand.
