No more endless email chains or lost files—it’s like having an ultra-organized assistant who never drops the ball.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Something I didn’t expect to love as much as I do? Automated workflows. Getting approvals used to be a bottleneck—waiting for feedback from designers, account managers, or clients felt like herding cats. Now, we set up automated review cycles where the right people get notified at the right time, and progress doesn’t stall. It’s saved us hours per week and keeps campaigns moving without those “just checking in” emails.

What differentiates DocStar from other similar products?

One of DocStar's most outstanding features is its powerful document capture functionality. Thanks to its ability to automatically scan, index and archive documents, we have been able to almost completely eliminate the use of paper. In addition, integration with other business tools, such as ERP and CRM systems, allows information to flow more seamlessly between departments. Finally, its intuitive and customizable interface makes it easy for users, regardless of their technical expertise, to quickly adapt to the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because DocStar is particularly well suited for organizations that handle high volumes of documentation, such as financial, legal and healthcare companies. Its ability to automate document approval and archiving processes is invaluable in environments where accuracy and speed are critical. However, small businesses with limited document needs may not be able to take advantage of the platform's full potential.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the speed of loading large files can be a little slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our overall experience with DocStar has been very positive. Implementation was relatively straightforward, and the support team was helpful every step of the way.
