What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the widgets that let you design a page. As I have gotten better with the product I have learned to design nice clean looking pages. They also allow customization with CSS. I can also create pages for whatever I think of to make it easier for the end user to find content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They don't offer CSS help. Therefore if I want to customize my page with CSS and my coder needs help they simply don't offer it. I also wish they had more reporting capabilities. For example I would want to monitor traffic. I don't have have time to setup Google analytics. It would be nice if they assisted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The person implementing this product will have to be a self starter. I did not get much help with using the product and setting it up. Also, be clear about what report you want from the system as Docebo may not be able to pull that for you. If you upload a training video, you can't download it from the platform later. Therefore you will need to store your assets somewhere and be mindful of your various versions.

We set ours up in a very short time. The training curve was minimal, and also the facilitate desk continues to be very fast with useful responses.
