What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo is a highly customizable LMS. It allows us to deliver personalized training to our many different departments and job functions. We focus on compliance as well as continuing education to provide the most value to our learners, and Docebo helps us easily achieve this goal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's hard to decide if the staff support (whether onboarding, account management, or IT) is the best aspect of this product, or the ability to customize. The staff is phenomenal and exceedingly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. In terms of customization, I can curate the experience for everyone in my company. The unique experience helps drive our learning culture.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some frustrating limitations in terms of user profiles, due dates, required annual compliance training, and skills. These frustrations do not outweigh the value, and Docebo does listen and implements updates regularly based on user feedback.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be aware of the time commitment to onboard the product. The customizations and integrations are part of what makes this product great, but it does require a considerable time investment to do it well.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

It’s a more complete solution, and it’s extremely easy to use. Everyone is always so eager to help, also. I love the integrations that allow us to “set it and forget it”.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrations and ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t love having to put in a support ticket. I feel sometimes like the agents listen to respond not to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use a trial site and you’ll see how easy it is!

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

its very similar to other products we looked at. Most import was it easy for the end user to work in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to enroll learners into courses

What do you dislike most about this product?

No way to track file repository documents on who saw what document. I also would like to see improvements to the certifications as it is very confusing to end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Changes and upgrades happen often be sure you are comminating with the Docebo group and keep yourself informed.
