What differentiates Diligent Sustainability Reporting Software from other similar products?

Diligent’s Sustainability Reporting Software is different because it’s easy to use and works well with other Diligent tools. It helps you collect and organize data quickly, and supports common standards like GRI and SASB. Overall, it makes sustainability reporting simpler and less of a headache.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how smooth the reporting process is. You don’t have to chase data from ten different places—it just pulls together nicely. Makes the whole thing way less of a hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don’t love is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first—lots of features, lots of options. It’s powerful, but not exactly plug-and-play right out of the box.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering it, make sure you’re ready to put in a little effort upfront to set things up. But once you do, it makes everything else way easier. Definitely worth it if you're serious about sustainability reporting.

I really like how Diligent makes board reporting simple—clean, ready-to-use visuals and summaries that don’t need extra formatting. It’s a huge time-saver before presentations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customization options are limited, especially when building more advanced dashboards or reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a solid, board-level reporting tool with real-time data and compliance support, Diligent is worth considering. Just keep in mind that it may take some time to get used to the interface.
