What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Diligent Sustainability Reporting Software is its seamless integration of ESG data with governance and risk functions. This unified approach makes it much easier for organizations to connect sustainability performance directly to board-level decision-making, risk oversight, and compliance tracking—something most standalone ESG tools struggle to achieve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most notable drawback is that the platform can be complex to set up initially, especially for organizations without dedicated ESG expertise or internal data standardization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
