What I like most is how Diligent simplifies complex data and turns it into clean, audit-ready reports. It saves time and keeps everything aligned with ESG goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such. It's very helpful. I don't feel any negative point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're going with Diligent, use it as more than just a reporting tool—leverage it to drive real ESG action. The more you put into it, the more value you’ll get out.

Diligent’s Sustainability Reporting Software is different because it’s easy to use and works well with other Diligent tools. It helps you collect and organize data quickly, and supports common standards like GRI and SASB. Overall, it makes sustainability reporting simpler and less of a headache.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how smooth the reporting process is. You don’t have to chase data from ten different places—it just pulls together nicely. Makes the whole thing way less of a hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don’t love is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first—lots of features, lots of options. It’s powerful, but not exactly plug-and-play right out of the box.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering it, make sure you’re ready to put in a little effort upfront to set things up. But once you do, it makes everything else way easier. Definitely worth it if you're serious about sustainability reporting.
