Diligent simple and intuitive UI and UX makes is far better than its alternatives. Diligent's gorgeous and elegant aesthetics makes it appealing.

I use Diligent almost everyday and I really likes some of its feature which I think you'll not get in any other board management software. The features I love are following:- 1. It is easy to learn and use. 2. It is fast and secure in terms of handling sensitive data. 3. You can access information in offline mode also. 4. It gives security options like Touch ID to secure information from unauthorised members. 5. It reduces all of paper work in organisation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really don't have any complaints about this amazing product. It performs really well in every field.

My recommendations to anyone considering this product is if you are looking for a board management software which is easy to use and learn for both admin and users, which is fast and secure, which provides seamless features then Diligent is the right product for you or your Organisation.

Diligent is very easy to use, you can easily purchase and deploy it no need of special training or skills. Diligent team is also extremely responsive and solves any queries quickly. Easy to use, strong features, and responsive teach team makes Diligent better than other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I used Diligent almost every week and I like some of its features very much like you can drag and drop documents, you can add hyperlinks to the documents or tables, you can use it on cross devices like iPads iPhones, you can see or hide archived board books.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Diligent is overall a great product. The only negative point about this product is it is little bit expensive which makes hard for small organisations to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation for other peoples is if you have budget and you are looking for easy to use board management software then go for Diligent.
