What differentiates Diligent Boards from other similar products?

It bundles up a lot of different modules and makes them available to ensure not just governance but also collaboration. There is a lot of board information that can be made available if you purchase those bundles.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We always have the latest and most up to date version of the Baird packs available at the touch of a button. Even if it was updated minutes before. No emails not multiple copies not old versions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bundled product which means different licences have different functionality. This means all functionality can be expensive however it’s bundled in such a way that you could purchase stuff you don’t need or not be able to afford one part because it’s part of a larger bundle. The ability to break these down would be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the minimum functionality you require and get value from that. It’s easy to add more functionality after if required. This way you are not paying more for features you are not using while you are sttting up the basic board governance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it streamlines decision-making processes by providing a centralized platform that enables members to easily access relevant information and collaborate in real time. This eliminates the need to go through tedious red tape and streamlines board management. In addition, the platform uses advanced encryption and authentication technologies, thus protecting the organization's intellectual assets and reducing the risks of information leaks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing Diligent Boards may require a significant investment for some organizations. This can be a hurdle, especially for smaller or early-stage companies

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a revolutionary technological tool that improves efficiency and collaboration in managing boards of directors. Despite some possible drawbacks, such as cost or learning curve, the benefits it provides make this solution a highly recommended option for modern organizations

Very easy to create and update books and the minutes feature is really easy to use

I can upload documents quickly and effectively and they are confidential

I wish I was able to move the order of the books around without making changes
