I appreciate being able to set my own hours of availability for phone conversations. The product is adaptable and simple to use, and I can access it from any device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When consumers phone in, I'm able to help them get connected with the right department or team member, as well as listen to and comprehend any issues they may be having. Because of Dialpad, I can use my personal phone for professional calls without having to carry around two phones or remember two separate numbers; it also logs my interactions with clients and provides a written transcript of our conversations for my convenience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's possible for your entire SMS conversation history to disappear into the abyss of your incoming messages folder. I think we could improve our textual communication if such incoming SMS list were organized slightly differently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The interoperability of several gadgets. Because my coworkers and I are able to view our history of interactions with our Clients and Collaborators, each engagement is that much more productive. Giving us the opportunity to concentrate on enhancing our service to you.
