This platform is cloud-based therefore no need to worry about security and reliability and also this platform supports VoIP calling across all the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this platform is "Ease of use" because of the simple neat and clean user interface. This application is available on windows, chrome, extension, iOS, Mac and Android. The deployment, integration, and customisation are good and seamless. The Integration is really very easy and users can integrate much software such as G Suite, Microsoft office 365 Integration also. The customisation and the personalisation are great, I can pick or choose any background image to make meetings more interactive. This platform also supports AI technology which is a really helpful feature for customers to make this platform smooth and robust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What to dislike if everything is working perfectly fine for me. I can add a few points just to add a few greater values of this application as likelihood feedback. Having no valid caller ID causes many issues with keeping track of clients that are not added to my contact list manually. When I receive an image from the text on the Dialpad computer app I cannot blow the picture up very big.  Also, sometimes it is hard to determine if an incoming call is a personal call or a Dialpad call. So that is all from my end in this section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you talk about recommendations, so my very first recommendation is first to use it then you would realise how cool this is a meeting platform. Though this platform provides unlimited calling capabilities so use it as a trial then you would take the premium package. Because the free version has a lot of features then please think about what would you get with the premium package. Analytics is a beneficial tool you can use to increase performance which is one of the best benefits for Dialpad premium users and many more.

Something that stands out about this tool is the ease with which you have control of calls, it is a communication tool that guarantees that its functions will be understood by professionals or entrepreneurs, it is very versatile and allows users to record calls and other functions in a free way

Something that I like about this tool is its high definition video functionality, and its international calling system, something that helps organizations in constant growth and that have subsidiaries all over the world, its characteristics are easy to understand

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a simple tool, I do not consider that there are inconveniences with its functionality

Allows professional cloud conferencing, and allows teams to work as if they were present thanks to its real-time system

I so wanted to love this product as a new, connected, contemporary phone/communications system that would streamline communications and meetings from vendors to clients to team to etc etc etc. The idea makes Dialpad unique even if it falls short in execution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It would have been the integration if that worked as it should. Because that was rather clunky and didn’t work out in any kind of streamlined way for us, the features that we liked the best were the recording features were pretty good and we really liked the AI notetaking features well. We didn’t necessarily take advantage of it as much as we could have but that was a pretty killer feature.
