What differentiates Dialpad Ai Meetings from other similar products?

Firstly, it has live chat support system which is really useful to get in touch with them. Secondly, they provide a free trial for 14 days so anyone can use Dailpad meetings and after the trial, and can decide to either move on with this product or not. Lastly, it is present all around the world so one can connect with new users and teams around the world. The best part is Dialpad won so many awards such as product of the year customer award so it really helped me to differentiate it from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favotite aspect of this product is the security. They really provide multi-layered approach to the security which is really helpful as we know that our data is safe and secure. So, i really found dialpad as a very secure service product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really dislike the pricing of this software because someone might have less people in the company and they might not be able to afford some high price features of this product. So, their should be some more and new customized packages varies such basic, platinum, diamond, elite plans so that anyone can see the package and select which is better for the,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that anyone who want to have a overview and get the idea how Dialpad meeting works, must register for their free trial. I really found this useful as you can really use the software before actually paying for it.

What differentiates Dialpad Ai Meetings from other similar products?

I like the way it has provided headers so that we know what we are working on and also helps us to record our voice mails so that we also can listen to them. We can also mark our favorite in that conversation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

daily work routine, I use Dialpad. An easy way for instant meetings just with one click. Mostly I use it with my phone. A significant feature has the application on my Desktop computer also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dialpad sometimes doesn't alert me when I have a call and then automatically says I have missed the call. It was very rare. This might be fixed now as now we switched to other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The free version is a bit limited, I think it's best to go to a paid plan, but it's worth it if it's for work
