Integration with my Mac, able to click any number anywhere, from any other program

voice quality is fantastic, ability to record is invaluable

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes switches microphone and audio sources, seems like a bug

it is a fine softphone

Lake of admin rights for standard user and lack of call in support

Make sure to get support agreement explanation around who can call in and what an admin can do.
