Managing assets is now much faster and easier

What differentiates Device42 from other similar products?
Device42 has helped us tremendously in managing and tracking assets within the organization. The workflows we now work with are much more efficient and save a lot of time, energy, and resources. It has helped us move away from more from physical work and records or Excel spreadsheets to integrate and locate everything we need within one platform. It has good functions for working with IT. The configuration is simple, as well as its use and support team that is always there with the best disposition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use this tool to manage and track all IT assets, and it has worked without any issues so far. It has allowed us to create a better workflow and start desisting on the overuse of Excel spreadsheets. The support team is quite good, always attentive to any needs we may have. Device42 also has excellent features for problem management, incident management, support ticketing, and much more. It is beneficial in several areas of my organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One weakness of this tool is its user interface which lacks intuitiveness and hinders user navigation. It is limited to integrating with other devices, and there is no direct download option for reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended for any team or organization that needs to track assets, provide more comprehensive support, and improve user workflow. It is a pretty flexible and easy-to-use solution; it has brought good results to our organization, and I am sure it could be great for everyone.
