What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?

The best aspect of Desktime is mobile time tracking. I can readily access the data on my laptop or mobile device, which is consistently trustworthy and accurate. My work life is made more accessible by it. Due to extensive multitasking and rapid task switching, my daily life was much less productive before using this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Understanding that I worked 8 hours today and wasn't squandering time on other activities is helpful. I like how it's all green. It helps me focus on being constructive and optimistic. We appreciate the system's independence; when the computer starts up, Desktime can function autonomously. The "private time" feature is also beneficial because it allows employees to evaluate personal concerns during break times without worrying about being "monitored".

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find some aspects of reporting somewhat complicated, and I have to do a lot of research to understand why I am getting the results. It's an expensive system. It's relatively difficult for us. It took some time to fix recent problems with their reporting of accurate time worked and productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In addition to the apparent tracking and supervision of the teams, managing my desk time has been incredibly beneficial in maintaining my work-life balance. It reminds me to take a break, get up, sew, drink water, etc. Although it seems fundamental and straightforward, it can quickly provide track of time. Tracking of productive hours in a consolidated manner.

DeskTime aids me in identifying hidden time thieves in my life. I've proactively handled the inefficient chores and distractions I deal with daily by utilizing DeskTime to document them visually. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that DeskTime displays the time for the project I'm working on. New hire onboarding, team assignment, and usage tracking are all simple processes. The dashboard is attractive, enlightening, and simple to read. I appreciate that we can quickly see what's going on. It does not require any manual intervention on your part. By the setup, it does its job automatically based on the configuration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The significant problem is that reporting is extensive, but hard to extract the required information. For instance, it is a considerable effort to extract the data based on remote or in-office days when I have hybrid staff. It could be more security-savvy for screenshots to be taken in the background. I wish there were more editing options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a result, these brief reminders help you unwind and refocus, which increases your productivity. We have been using Desktime for a very long time. Each aspect is stunning and attractive. I enjoy the reports and having the option to obscure screenshots for privacy. The data display and user interface are both outstanding. Automated screenshots every three minutes is a great feature.

We like being able to track the progress of a task or project. It also assists us in streamlining current processes in order to increase productivity. It also encourages workers to be more productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few quirks that have caused us some trouble. Constantly archiving projects can be inconvenient because it causes confusion and slows down processes. The task timers may disappear or stop counting after a few moments. If you're using the software for multiple departments with multiple supervisors, determining permission levels and who can see and do what can be difficult.

Organize projects and tasks with the Trello Integration. It greatly simplifies the creation of projects and tasks.
