What differentiates Deltek WorkBook from other similar products?

Its a good project management tool, allowing tracking of jobs separtely, which differentiate it from other available software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part is project timelines, scheduling jobs and the availability of presentable reports that helps keep trail of activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Along with benefits it comes with some drawbacks: - it needs training before one can start using it. The trainings are time consuming. - there is cost for entire software, individual module cannot be standalone purchased. So for small companies it means spending on even modules which they might ever use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software is good for agencies or marketing departments of companies with lot of project management need. So one should keep this point in mind before making purchase decission.
