What differentiates Deltek Talent Management from other similar products?

Accountability and pursuit of data. Contractual processes improved – ensures we have a tendency to meet deadlines and receive payment in line with contract terms and conditions. Tendering process improved making certain all suppliers have access to the relevant information and there’s an audit path of discussions and correspondence. We’ve got stopped losing information – nothing is keep on laptops, deleted by mistake or left in an Outlook folder that others cannot access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Information are often classified at project level, at pool, at role or at a personal level, giving extremely controllable access terribly very straightforward manner. The system and security is simple to manage. The event of the mobile platform, significantly with custom forms, has helped roll technology out to our functional workforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search for phone ranges is tough generally i.e. if somebody is termed andrew and you kind in Andy and the surname, it doesn’t even develop any shut results on the surname only. The overall administration of holidays and so forth isn’t quite as user friendly as i’d have hoped. Restrictions on license numbers i.e. we wanted to reduce licenses supported our team size and since licenses came in bands it remained pricey for our smaller number of users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Project collaboration considerably improved with users having access to the data they need. Secure storage that is well accessible for all users as well as website-based managers
