All the organization employee related stuff is easily accessible from Deltek

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can timely update goals and can see immediate feedback from manager .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although most of things I get there but payroll related stuff add-on can be a treat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is good to manage daily or weekly updates on your meetings and goals so can be considered .

Smooth on-boarding for new hires that include their upcoming task ,trainings and plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can keep close track of my performance and strategize my plan for the year that helped me achieve good compensation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a new user finding stuff is a bit trouble.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pricing is good, Employee management and compensation management is excellent.

What differentiates Deltek Talent Management from other similar products?

With the help of Deltek Talent Managemen, we are able to roll out electronic employees reviews and i love how it seamlessly integrates with Costpoint. Also, it is highly customizable and a lot of admin can be active at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Deltek Talent Management makes the annual review process much easier and streamlined and i like the calendar and the ability to take or sign up for classes that our organization provides.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration can be a little bit more overwhelming but not impossible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Deltek Talent Management, i highly recommend it.
