What differentiates Datameer Cloud from other similar products?

Datameer is what I rely on to construct data pipelines based on actual use cases. As of recently, we have also been employing it for the purpose of extract-transform-load (ETL) from on-premises data to a cloud-based data warehouse. These pipelines power reporting and dashboards for several departments in my company. We were able to avoid the expense and overhead of staffing a data operations department because to Datameer. Since Datameer users don't have to worry about learning how to code, it's even being adopted by corporate groups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Datameer's workbooks include a user-friendly graphical user interface. The in-built worksheet feature makes it simple for anybody with an analytical mind to compile data without needing much technical expertise. Allowing me to create and schedule ad hoc reports. Also, I haven't had too much issue troubleshooting because much of the information I need is readily available on the site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Multiple tabs might make it difficult to concentrate. The possibility exists that a more compact layout might be preferable. Tutorial videos tend to run on for too long.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because we anticipate transferring a lot more data over the next years, we were convinced to go with Datameer because of its affordable per-user price. In our research, we found that Apache Hive use fees would prevent us from using the platform.

What differentiates Datameer Cloud from other similar products?

This software has everything my company needs to keep our data registered correctly, it does not need any integration since it seems to us a very complete tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I find interesting about this application is that it allows you to integrate the data in a simple way.Datameer allows you to gather, analyze and visualize all the data introduced in the system quickly and easily, since you do not require any codification, in addition its predesigned application allows you to visualize each structure of your system automatically and correct any errors that may cause you unstable results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Datameer offers everything my company needs, and as long as it offers us good results we will continue to use it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Surely for some or many this has been the solution to keep all their data ordered correctly, its use, although easy and simple, requires knowledge to be able to apply it in your company. If you want a software that generates good results and few errors this is the right tool for your company
