What differentiates Datadog from other similar products?

It's incredibily easy to setup and monitor. Dashboard are like any other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's one of the major players on the market and it's been very reliable ever since. Since this is a mission critical aspect we value the reliability greatly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support could it's hard to reach in some cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reading the documentation throughly can save time when setting up.

Datadog has some really useful features when monitoring systems which can be setup as email alerts. I find this very useful

The product enables us to ensure our internal systems are running smoothly

There was not much on how it's used at the beginning
