What differentiates Dameware Remote Support from other similar products?
You can easily access any computer without the end user needing to download anything extra or put in any pins. We can remote into any computer with Dameware installed on it (we pre-install it on computers as part of our image). This makes it incredibly simple and efficient in remoting in to help the end user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unattended remote access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit clunky and it has some weird bugs that pop up from time to time. Updates can be a little slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's really the best remote access service that I've used. For what we do, the unattended and open availability to access and monitor someone's computer without end-user intervention is key.
