We are only in our first year of utilizing this software but it allows us to do more data and analytics processing which we're becoming better at

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Compliance friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just that anytime you implement new software or protocols there's a learning curve

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give yourself at least several weeks or more to become familiar with all the functionality and it's best if you have a IT person or two that can learn it simultaneously
