What differentiates Crownpeak Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

CrownPeak is a great CMS that is easy to set up and the best part about is its Decoupled architecture where you separate content management from content delivery leading to easily publishing content in any language. Other functions like the integration of the Search G2 platform make the product highly scalable and truely high-performing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DXM is my favorite aspect of CrownPeak. I would also like to highlight an attribute of CrownPeak - They Really Care about their Customer's customers. I have experienced it, been there done that. Trust me they really spend time with us training our developers, they help us in resolving complex things. This kind of support and care is highly appreciable!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly - None!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend CrownPeak to anyone who is looking for an easy to incorporate CMS for their websites that comes with BEST-IN-CLASS post-sale Customer Support (also includes world-class Training for developers from Top-Class Engineers at CrownPeak).
