What differentiates Crownpeak Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

One of the most similar solutions to Crownpeak is the Yext tool, because it has a good set of functions which can be managed from content to customer experiences, it is fascinating to be able to track all user interactions through users, in the same way as in Crownpeak that allows all users to create digital experiences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

has created a positive impact on our business, making a return on all of our content. Through Crownpeak we can manage all the content of our websites and create unique experiences with all clients. Its price is accessible and it provides us with digital quality, always counting on the best in artificial intelligence technology. thanks to tag management we can maximize productivity and generate more customer traffic on our website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really is nothing else that disguised us from this flexible and easy to implement tool, it has allowed us to perform a better workflow, our sales have increased considerably with this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

its usability is quite flexible and adapts to any organization, whether large or small, from customer service to the functions and characteristics of this platform, they create good performance in our company. The support is one of the best I have seen, it has created a good impact because we have received good attention and they have provided us with excellent solutions.

It is an exceptional work tool, it has allowed us to create unique experiences, create an accessible and optimal workflow, it is one of the best solutions for large and small teams, because it helps improve collaborations, marketing and maximizes quality in the content created and experiences with customers, Crownpeak is a tool through which we can obtain greater performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides incredible functions to manage all the documents, content and workflow of our organization. It allows you to create reports of all the content created and carry out an analysis of it. It is a great tool for remote collaborations with our entire work team. It gives us customizable templates for our content and multi-channel marketing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has not really presented any disadvantage and this is something extremely important for our organization. customer service is wonderful, and is always attentive to the needs that we may need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it is very likely, because it provides functions and characteristics suitable for any organization, customer service works in an organized way and responds to requests as soon as possible, implementing this tool in our organization has been very easy, it keeps track of all activities, visitors , customer engagement and sentiment is possible using Crownpeak.

The beauty of this is that if the CMS crashes, you site will NOT!! (Unlike Drupal or WordPress).

The roll back a page feature.
