What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?

Crowdstrike Falcon provides cutting edge technology in detecting endpoint security incidents. Coupled with IOC/IOA, this is a powerful product that helps us manage technology risk on workstations. One of the key differentiators is the fully managed Falcon that provides us ability to take advantage of Crowdstrike's "eyes on screen" SOC. Secondly, Falcon Account management and Discover provides great insights into user activity and asset inventory.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being an user of fully managed Falcon, we are able to leverage Crowdstrike's capabilities in ensuring 24X7 monitoring,, alerting and triaging of alerts. This enables us to focus on core business competencies and save previous human effort and time. The ability to remotely contain an infected system allows us to manage security incidents and reduce blast radius.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Crowdstrike must work on coupling this product with a robust ticket and escalation management tool which will help client manage incidents and also define play-books to be run in case of a real threat. Some elements of the workflow manager needs a refresher too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cutting edge product for protecting and responding to cyber attacks on workstations. One might need to get cyber security specialists trained to the derive maximum benefits.
