Creatio Studio stands out for its user-friendly low-code/no-code platform, integrating CRM, pre-built templates, and a robust BPM engine. With mobile support and AI features, it offers a versatile solution for easy and efficient business application development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've been finding that the learning curve on Creatio is a bit challenging, especially since I'm new to low-code/no-code development and complex business process management. It seems like there's a lot to learn, and it's taking me some time to get the hang of all the features. It would be great if there were more beginner-friendly resources or tutorials to help users like me navigate the platform more smoothly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider exploring Creatio's tutorials and starting with smaller projects to ease into its features. Engaging with the community and utilizing customer support can provide valuable insights and assistance. What differentiates Creatio Studio from other similar products?

Creatio studio offers the ability for you to build process models and bring those process models to life almost instantaneously. This combined with the slick UI/UX makes it extremely easy for Non-IT folks to conceive, build and execute business processes. Additionally Creatio’s “Freedom UI” lets you build any user experience of your choice in a matter of minutes through low code drag and drop. This provides immense customisation ability compared to other similar tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product lets you build your own application of choice in weeks as opposed to traditional IT projects. This pace of implementation that it allows for is my favourite thing about Creatio.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None at all. The value it offers for the price is bang for your buck

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even though creatio is a low code tool there might be times when you will have to venture into coding to achieve some of your complex business processes or integration. This calls for patience and an understanding that not everything under the sun can be accomplished without spending a lot of time and effort. Also, while the development might be through low code means, like any other software, there are testing and deployment efforts that goes into building a complete solution. This is important keep in mind because while the software excels in CRM/ low-code capabilities the other aspects remain the same as other IT initiatives.
