The features it has given our website over the old version.

Updating some elements not particularly intuitive.

What differentiates Craft CMS from other similar products?

It tries to break into a world where WordPress dominates, but whilst it has a nice, fresh interface it is a little too clunky when compared to others. However, the finer grain controls is a nice feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The speed at which the CMS operates is much more superior than others in the same space.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is just not as refined as other options. Getting something done was a bit of a chore and it took a lot of getting used to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in control of your website build overall, then it may work well, but if not then you may find the UI/UX confusing and frustrating.
