What differentiates Cradlepoint NetCloud Exchange from other similar products?

Ease of use and monitoring capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple redundant connections help keep the sites up and the trucks running.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configuration, sometimes you have to rebuild a config to fix issues on the platform. The earlier versions had some problems that we are still dealing with, most older units are at end of life.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get the latest and keep up with the firmware updates. Use best-known methods when using groups, careful not to overwrite your config on multiple units.

I wish the cost of the management side was more affordable

Make sure to have a clear mission for the use of the product and assure that you are not buying more then you need.
