What differentiates Coveo Relevance Cloud from other similar products?

Coveo offers a very rich documentation and support for implementation for an enterprise level search. The ease of implementation and OOTB features provided by Coveo save a lot of development cost. The product is very easy to learn and don't any specialised skillset. Basic javascript and HTML skills would be enough for implementation. On the product admin console, any website can be indexed with few clicks - with or without sitemap. Coveo offers wide range of analytics reports and multiple ML models to enhance user experience for end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are multiple features - but my favorite is ML models and OOTB analytics reporting, which help business drive the keywords and help take necessary improvement decisions

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would not say I completely dislike but all good features comes with a Cost - which is bit expensive for a small & medium size organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an awesome enterprise level search product, suitable for any organization where a feature rich search (facets, Dynamic navigation, sorting, pagination etc.) is required to be implemented promptly on multiple websites, without much involvement from development team. Any modifications to the implementation are very be easy to do and rollout. The Coveo support team is very very responsive and effective to answer any queries during implementation..

What differentiates Coveo Relevance Cloud from other similar products?

We are using Coveo search instead of internal salesforce search on our partner and community portal, as Coveo provides more flexibility and configuration to customize the search behavior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to integrate, add source, I am not sure about reports but heard of it from team. Along with this it provides many common search configuration similar to other seach apps

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this moment. So far liked this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yeah, its a good to try and use. The best part is its very easy to configure.
