What differentiates Coveo Relevance Cloud from other similar products?

The road map of this product is pretty promising. They have moved to SaaS platform and focussing more on machine learning features like below which are not quite there in other similar products in that category. Automatic Relevance Tuning (ART) ... Query Suggestions (QS) Event Recommendations (ER) Dynamic Navigation Experience (DNE) Product Recommendations (PR)

Indexing the data fast, performance and ML features.
