Many feature like recurring expense reports are the ones which actually differentiate it from other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows user to add attachment in sourcing events and this feature is really amazing

I understand it does not support full fledged accounting

What differentiates Coupa Supply Chain Design & Planning from other similar products?

Through this platform, which provides us with technology support and allows our company to perform a series of indirect purchasing processes, such as getting a quote, placing an order, receiving/accepting it, and paying for it, all through an easy-to-use interface, we are able to get a quote, place an order, receive/accept it, and pay for it. I believe it is simple to use because it allows for the establishment of purchase orders, thorough supply-side response, and strategic and tactical planning to approve requests in a flexible manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Approvers can also approve by just replying to the automated email, which is useful in all supply chain planning solutions for managing, linking, aligning, collaborating, and sharing data across the supply chain. It also has the ability to produce a customized purchasing data report and extract the information, which is particularly important for cost control via data aggregation analysis. Purchasing data by department can be extracted, along with information such as department code, cost item, supplier, topic text, quantity, and order status/acceptance and projected receipt date, which is particularly important for planning management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When approving by email, if you can see the voucher material image data in the body of the approval request email you received, you can immediately confirm the amount, etc. and approve it, so confirming the voucher at the time of approval I feel it is OK to save a little time and effort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe it will be one of the best options for a relatively large company considering introducing a globally unified order management system. As the head of the business management department, acquiring the data from Coupa, processing and aggregating it, and sharing it with the head of each department, being the repository for planning decisions for a defined end-to-end supply chain and is the environment in which end-to-end integrated supply chains are managed. It is now easier to understand how much has been spent, which reduces the time and effort required to prepare spend forecasts and improves forecast accuracy.
