What differentiates Coupa Strategic Sourcing from other similar products?

Coupa's ease of use and simplicity set it apart. It has a solid breadth of offerings, but it maintains a smooth product that is intuitive to use. Furthermore, the security restrictions and role permissions are very effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some software can be overwhelming at first with all sorts of bells and whistles. Coupa is easy to use and effective at what it does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exporting into other data sources can be challenging at times due to the schema of the data in Coupa.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have the right controls and ownership in place at implementation for a smooth roll out. Having an effective Coupa admin in our department has made life very seamless for everyone else.

There is efficient end to end communication with suppliers and transparent bidding processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike at the moment.

Great return on investment especially for large organizations seeking to improve efficiency of their workflow.
