What differentiates Cornerstone HR Suite from other similar products?

I've had a terrific experience with Cornerstone both as an end user and as a system administrator. There are now four modules in use at our company: the Core, the Learning, the Performance, and the Succession modules. We are the only company in the world that can say that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Users will find the learner home to be more easier to use as well as visually appealing. It also has excellent artificial intelligence capabilities. The playlist option is quite appealing to me. Aside from providing on-demand trainings related to remote work, we're also looking at promoting recommended and verified topical trainings, as well as relevant books and other resources through our Remote Work Tips website. It's a game-changer for our company!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, I'm impressed and eager to learn more about how we might promote our instructor-led events on the student home page as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because of the great degree of customisation, you must begin the implementation thinking about the final outcome, and you must base your design on that concept.
