The platform has got a great learning management system which is highly customizable and offers quite great experience for user. Cornerstone is so robust hence provide easy content content with fabulous reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a complete back administration with new features in each release. The mobile integration is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The online authoring is not so great.

The platform is so amazing and dynamic. I recommend one to take the leap.

Throughout the training, you will be able to evaluate both its effectiveness and the performance of the employees. Options Employees can be inspired and the right people can be involved in decisions and progress. You can use interactive media to demonstrate your organization's brand values and culture. It provides a simple application process along with innovative methods, helping to attract more qualified candidates with the right skills.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Cornerstone Learning Suite allows me seamless real-time communication of learning status and promotion of new programs through reporting and management. All of our training can be kept in one place. Many things can be tracked, including certifications, compliance, progress, goal setting and tracking, commitments, and activities. Training can be selected and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each employee, with flexibility such as numerous language possibilities. Custom reports, analytics, and built-in dashboards give you access to insights into the performance of training programs and participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to the complexity of Cornerstone Learning Suite, there is a significant learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Cornerstone Learning Suite provides opportunities to personalize the way they receive training, provides students with a series of learning aspects that enhance their experience. Asynchronous, blended, mobile, self-study and social learning are the best possibilities on offer.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

CSOD is a good LMS that can integrate with various programs. This integration benefits an organization by providing "add-ons" that will modify employee engagement and learning tracking, regardless of the training program you provide. Back administration is incredibly complete with new options in every new release. Together it is a huge community of users who help me and suggest new ideas to learn. Combined, mobile integration is a brilliant insight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI is user-friendly and allows the desired flexibility in terms of welcome and custom pages to capture data. Learner Home makes it easy for end users to find the content they're interested in in a format they're used to. As an admin it provides several options to modify skills and leverage the information within the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no way to run a conference with multiple simultaneous sessions such that the user will only choose one of the time slots. It is strange. There are a few different admin functions that are a touch cumbersome and will be added easily. I might like additional user-to-user interaction at learning intervals. Interaction is added with a unique module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation is key. Make sure you have an idea for distribution hierarchy once implemented. You'll thank yourself in the future because it's easier to set up a plan than to back up and change what you've implemented.
