What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

Convene's highly usable and intuitive interface makes it easy for new users to learn the tool in as short as 30 minutes. Convene is designed to give us an easy meeting experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convene helps minimize the risks of discoverability with strict control and management of formal documents, and auto purge of informal notes and annotations

What do you dislike most about this product?

Convene is great but they need to make their promotional website look better. It doesn't give justice to the quality of the solution itself

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Azeus Convene is the best board meeting portal because of its ability to increase the efficiency of organizations and simplifies many business processes

The whiteboard portal supports any device and remote access so authorized users can enter the space when they need it

More powerful and well defined granular permissions to access and interact with documents

Azeus Convene provides a certain number of users who can use the solution for free, and for every other user, you will have to pay extra

Access of meetings and materials securely from anywhere, anytime through mobile devices or web browser. Azeus keeps redundant backups of the whole cloud server in different locations to protect against data loss

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Meeting Management in Azeus Convene reduce meeting preparation time and effort with automated meeting scheduling, board pack preparations and secure digital distribution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Usually it takes more than one week from the point of order for a Customer to start using the service

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Save hours preparing agendas and board packs. Collaborate easily with annotations, voting and meeting summaries. On any device, anywhere
