What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

The level of flexibility Convene provides us can't be found anywhere else. it's very easy to customize the Convene board meeting system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using automated workflows, Concene board management system eliminates many of the more menial tasks our board members have to do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I find to dislike. It is easy to manage agendas, annotations, documents, board meeting discussions, and meeting minutes quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Your board members don't have to spend time fiddling with a system. With Convene they will be able to log into it and do what they need to do.

Azeus Convene is the best solution for managers and administrators who want to apply good governance practices through meeting management. You can securely enclose teams, meetings, documents and decisions for complete confidentiality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple, secure, affordable and efficient. The centralization of documents allows us to quickly update them with the latest available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I simply open Azeus Convene and find everything I need to run the board. There is nothing I dislike about it. It has improved the governance of the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Record decisions or resolutions in Azeus Convene, assign tasks during your meeting and track their progress from one meeting to the next.
